Where can I download fun and learning activities on PC for my 2 year old son?

Like, Disney’s Mickey Mouse where he could learn colors and shapes. I don’t have internet connection so I really need software downloads. Other Cartoons (Thomas and Friends, Tigger and Pooh) are also ok. Thanks a lot.
